Parsons Consulting provided individualized strategic planning consultation with the superintendent of HBCSD to support the district’s effort to align their strategy with their LCAP (Local Control and Accountability Plan) that informs state funding. Kari developed a strategic plan framework for the district to follow, including a sample translation of LCAP components into appropriate goals, objectives, and strategies for district implementation.
