Parsons Consulting supported colleagues at Bloom Consulting to conduct primary and secondary research pertaining to the supply and demand for child care in Kittitas County in Washington State. Our findings and recommendations provided the community with the information they needed to identify priority strategies and actions in the subsequent strategic planning phase.
