Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation/Oregon Commission for the Blind Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (2017)

Under subcontract to Program and Policy Insight, Parsons Consulting supported the implementation and analysis of employment needs and barriers for Oregonians experiencing disability. Parsons Consulting conducted several focus groups and key stakeholder interviews, as well as extant and caseload data analysis to support the findings and recommendations.
